ALL PLAYERS MUST BE FAMILIAR WITH THE CODE OF CONDUCT AND THE
TASKER PARK C.C. INDUCTION LETTER. Both are available in Administration.
The simple 3 steps to registering are:
1. Forms
2. Photos
3. Fees
Returning players need to sign their registration form to validate it for the current season.
This is available from the club secretary. You also need to sign the Declaration form.
New players have to fully register.
To Register, you need to complete at least 3 forms;
"Club Copy", "Association Copy" and "Declaration" forms.
If you have played men's competition cricket before, you need to also complete "Permit" *.
You have 2 options.
1. Click on the relevant forms.
Either,
Print forms using the print icon on your browser and fill them in.
Or,
Type in details on screen and print. (Forms are in Microsoft Word)
Once filled in, sign them and get them to the club secretary asap; in person or by mail **.

2. E-mail - Using the "Contact Us / Comments" link on the main menu,
send an e-mail requesting the Registration Forms you require.
You can then fill them on screen and e-mail them back.
Or, as above, print them out, fill in by hand and get them in to the club secretary asap.
You require 2 recent and identical passport size photos.
They need to be attached to both the Club Copy and Association Copy forms.
If e-mailing forms, send photos seperately.** (Write your name on the back of the photos.)
Colour photo images are acceptable.
Please send a cheque or money order made out to "TASKER PARK CRICKET CLUB INC"**.
DO NOT SEND CASH
You can make a direct deposit into the bank account through a branch or using internet banking.

Send advice of your payment via e-mail or by using the reference field option in internet banking.
You can pay in person.
Fees: Full time $150. Casual $30 for registration plus $20 per game, paid in advance.
All fees are capped at $150.
